Regulamin publikacji
Do druku w kwartalniku "AAAAM" przyjmujemy tylko artykuły nigdzie wcześniej niepublikowane i nieoddane do publikacji w innych mediach. Jeżeli artykuł ma więcej niż jednego autora, wszystkich prosimy o zgodę na jego rozpowszechnienie.
Wymagania formalne
1. Informacje o Autorze/Autorach: imię, nazwisko i tytuł naukowy, klinika lub zakład, gdzie praca została napisana, wraz z imieniem, nazwiskiem i tytułem naukowym kierownika, adres do korespondencji.
2. Prace badawcze zawierają następujące części: "wstęp", "materiały i metody", "wyniki", "dyskusja", "wnioski".
3. Wraz z artykułem publikujemy streszczenie o objętości do 250 słów i słowa kluczowe w języku polskim i angielskim oraz angielski tytuł pracy. Prace oryginalne zawierają streszczenie podzielone na części: "wstęp", "materiały i metody", "wyniki", "dyskusja", "wnioski".
4. W artykule używamy międzynarodowych nazw leków, w mianowniku, pisanych dużą literą, w innych przypadkach - nazw polskich, pisanych małą literą.
5. Redakcja zastrzega sobie prawo wprowadzania poprawek redakcyjnych, stylistycznych i logicznych oraz dokonywania skrótów.
6. Piśmiennictwo: umieszczamy na końcu pracy, ponumerowane i ułożone w kolejności cytowania. Odnośniki do piśmiennictwa podane w treści zawierają kolejne numery prac ujęte w kwadratowe nawiasy, np. [3] lub [2, 5, 7]. Kolejne pozycje bibliograficzne zawierają: nazwisko, pierwsze litery imion pierwszych sześciu autorów (jeżeli jest ich więcej, używamy skrótu "i in."), pełny tytuł pracy, a następnie nazwę czasopisma według Index Medicus, rok, tom i strony lub wydawcę, miejsce, rok wydania oraz stronę. Przy pracy zbiorowej - tytuł rozdziału, redaktorów i tytuł całej pracy, wydawcę, miejsce, rok wydania, tom oraz stronę. Artykuły poglądowe powinny zawierają piśmiennictwo w liczbie 10-40 pozycji.
7. Przy pracach, które zostały sfinansowane przez konkretne firmy czy instytucje, na końcu artykułu zamieszczamy odpowiednią informację.
8. Przyjmujemy artykuły dostarczane pocztą elektroniczną lub na CD/DVD (plik word lub dokument tekstowy). Jeżeli w tekście znajdują się tabele i wykresy, również powinny być dostarczone na wydrukach oraz opatrzone tytułami (po polsku i angielsku).
9. Prosimy o przekazanie fotografii i wykresów w oddzielnych plikach (format TIFF: rozdzielczość 300 dpi, w skali 1:1, bez kompresji lub format JPG: rozdzielczość 300 dpi, maksymalna jakość, bez kompresji), ponumerowane, z podpisami w języku polskim i angielskim. W przypadku fotografii konieczne jest dołączenie zgody przedstawionych osób (lub informacji o jej braku) oraz zgody autora zdjęć na ich publikację.
Autor, przekazując artykuł do publikacji, przekazuje też redakcji autorskie prawa majątkowe do niego w zakresie utrwalania i zwielokrotniania artykułu techniką poligraficzną, wprowadzania do obrotu i udzielania zezwoleń na dalsze przedruki.
Artykuły są oceniane przez recenzentów z zachowaniem zasady podwójnej anonimowości. Jeśli występuje konflikt interesów na linii: recenzent- instytucja finansująca przedstawiane badania, recenzent informuje o tym redakcję.
Autor potwierdza, że zna warunki tego regulaminu i akceptuje je, gdy przekazuje artykuł do publikacji.
Zasady recenzowania
Zasady recenzowania artykułów w czasopiśmie naukowym "Academy of Aesthetic and Anti-Aging Medicine" są zgodne z dobrymi praktykami w procedurach recenzyjnych w nauce, opublikowanymi przez Ministerstwo Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego.
Do przygotowania recenzji wyznacza się Recenzentów spoza jednostki, w której afiliowany jest Autor.
Recenzowanie odbywa się na zasadzie "double-blind review" - między Autorem/Autorami tekstu i Recenzentami zostaje zachowana pełna, obustronna anonimowość.
Nazwiska Recenzentów poszczególnych artykułów lub wydań nie są ujawniane, a raz w roku na stronie internetowej czasopisma jest publikowana lista Recenzentów współpracujących z Redakcją.
Recenzja ma formę pisemną i zawiera jednoznaczny wniosek Recenzenta o przyjęciu artykułu do druku lub jego odrzuceniu wraz z uzasadnieniem i propozycjami ewentualnych poprawek.
Recenzent, wraz z artykułem, otrzymuje formularz recenzji oraz informację o terminie, w jakim ma dostarczyć recenzję do Redakcji.
Autor otrzymuje recenzję do wglądu i ma zapewniony anonimowy kontakt z Recenzentem za pośrednictwem Redakcji. W sytuacjach spornych zostaje wyznaczony dodatkowy Recenzent.
Instructions for Authors in Aesthetic Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (AAAAM)
For printing in AAAAM we only accept articles never published before and not yet available for publication in other media. If the article has more than one author, all ask for permission to distribute .
Formal requirements
1. About the Author/Authors: the name and title of clinic or institution where the work was written, along with your name and scientific title of the manager, mailing address.
2. The research includes the following sections: "introduction", "materials and methods", "results", "discussion", "summary".
3. Along with the article, we are publishing an abstract of up to 250 words and keywords in Polish and English and the English title of the work. Original works include abstract divided into parts: "introduction", "materials and methods", "results", "discussion", "summary".
4. In the paper we are using international drug names (in the denominator, written with a capital letter), in other cases - Polish names, lowercase letters.
5. The editors reserve the right to make editorial, stylistic and logical corrections and shorten the text.
6. References: put on the end of the paper, numbered and arranged in order of citation (or alphabetically). References to literature provided in the work include sequence numbers in square brackets, like [3 ] or [2 , 5, 7]. The bibliography positions include : name, initials of the first six authors (if more, we use the abbreviation " et al."), the full title of the paper, and then the name of the magazine by Index Medicus, year, volume and page or editor, place, year of publication and page. In case of collective work - the title of the chapter, the editors and the title of the whole work, publisher, place, year of publication, volume and page. Review articles should contain references in the number of 10-40 positions.
7. The work, which was funded by specific companies or institutions- at the end of the article we present the relevant information.
8. Accepted articles delivered by e-mail or on CD/DVD (word file or text document ). If the text contains tables and graphs, should also be provided on the printouts, with bearing titles (in English and Polish).
9. Please submit photos and charts in separate files (TIFF format: 300 dpi resolution at a scale of 1:1, with no compression or JPG format: resolution of 300 dpi, maximum quality, no compression), numbered, with captions in English and Polish. Photographs must be accompanied by the consent of set of people (or about its absence) and the consent of author's photo for publication.
Author, passing the article for publication, transmits editorial copyrights to our publishing company for recording and reproduction of the article by printing technology, marketing and licensing for further reprints.
Articles are evaluated by reviewers with the principle of double anonymity. If there is a conflict of interest on the line : Reviewer - institution sponsoring presented study, the reviewer shall inform the editors.
Author acknowledges that he knows the conditions of those rules and accept them when forward article for publication.
The Reviewing Rules
The review article in the scientific journal Academy of Aesthetic and Anti -Aging Medicine is consistent with good practices in the procedures of reviewing the study, published by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
For the preparation of review, Reviewers outside of the unit in which the author is affiliated is being determined.
Reviewing is done on a "double- blind review " - between the author /authors of the text and Reviewers is preserved complete , mutual anonymity.
Reviewers names of the papers or issues are not disclosed, and once a year on the website of the journal a list of Reviewers cooperating with the Editor is published.
Review shall be in writing and contains a clear request of the Reviewer of the manuscript acceptance or rejection and the reasons and proposals for possible amendments.
Reviewer, with the article, shall obtain a form for review and information about the date of its submission to the Editor.
Author receives Review to inspect and is provided with an anonymous contact with the reviewer through the editor. In cases of dispute, an additional reviewer shall be appointed.
Reviewing rules together with reviewing form are available on the journal's website and Instructions for Authors are published in each issue.
